Instructions
1. Peel the bananas, slice lengthways then halve each slice widthways.
2. Place the coconut milk into a medium saucepan, together with the sugar and salt and bring to the boil.
3. Add the bananas, bring back to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
Serve hot or cold.
