6-8 Cold Vegetarian Flans
Tarts Dessert Pudding
Ingredients 100g/4oz
White Sugar 150g/+5oz
Brown Sugar 2
Eggs, beaten 1
1/2 teasp Vanilla Extract 1
tbsp Plain flour 1
tbsp Double Cream 8
tbsp unsalted Butter, melted 75g/3oz
Pine Nuts 1
x 23cm/9-inch Pastry Flan Case
Instructions 1.
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. 2.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, eggs,
vanilla, flour, cream, and melted
butter until well blended. 3.
Fold in the pine nuts then pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 50
minutes. Allow to cool before
serving.
