Crème Fraîche Ice Cream Veg CD DP
10mins plus freezing
Makes about 1L/35fl.oz. Cold Vegetarian Dessert Ices Gluten Wheat free Eggless
Ingredients 480ml/16fl.oz. Crème
Fraîche
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth.
2. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze churn for about 20 minutes or according to the makers instructions.
3. Transfer to a rigid freezer proof box and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
