Gingered Pineapple   Veg HT DP 15mins

Serves 4   Hot  Vegetarian  Fruit  Spices  Dessert  Pudding  Gluten Wheat Dairy Free  Eggless


Ingredients
1 Small Pineapple
2 tbsp Honey
2 Teasp Ground Ginger

Instructions


1. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil.

 

2. Peel the pineapple, cut  in quarters lengthwise and remove the core .
 

3.  Place the pineapple wedges in the lined grill pan, sprinkled with the ground ginger then drizzle the honey mixture over the top.


4. Grill for about 10 minutes until golden and caramelised. Serve hot.
