Hot Vegetarian Fruit Spices Dessert
Pudding Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
75g/3oz Brown Sugar
½ a Cinnamon Stick
2 tbsp Honey
12 Apricots, halved and stoned
350g/12oz Greek Yoghurt
1. Place the sugar, cinnamon stick, saffron, honey and water in a medium
saucepan heat gently, stirring from time to time, until the sugar dissolves then
simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add the apricots to the pan and continue to simmer for a further five
minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from the heat and remove the cinnamon
3. Divide the yoghurt between 4 serving dishes, top with the apricots and
drizzle over the syrup from the pan.
