Honeyed Plum Crumble Recipe Veg HT DP English 55mins
Serves 4-6 Hot Vegetarian Dessert Pudding Fruit Nuts England British Europe
Ingredients 150ml/5fl.oz. Water 60ml/2fl.oz. Honey The Juice and grated zest of 1 Orange 100g/4oz Butter
Instructions
2. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, rub the butter into flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
3. Stir in sugar and hazelnuts, mixing well.
4. At the end of the cooking time, transfer the plums to an ovenproof gratin dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. Serve hot with custard.
