Hot Spiced Pears
Veg HT DP 15mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Fruit Spices
Dessert Pudding Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
2 Ripe Pears, peeled, halved lengthways and cored
2 teasp Butter
1 tbsp Honey
2 teasp Mixed Spice
1. Preheat the grill to hot, line the grill pan with aluminium foil and lightly
oil. Place the pear halves on the foil cut side down and grill for 5 minutes.
2. Turn the pears over, place ½ teaspoon of the butter in the centre of each
pear half and drizzle with the honey.
3. Sprinkle the mixed spice evenly over the pears and grill for 5 minutes until
