Khmer Sweet Corn Pudding    Veg  HT  DP  Cambodian  25mins


Cambodian Name: Borbo Skor


Serves 4-6   Hot  Vegetarian  Dessert  Pudding  Gluten Wheat Dairy free  Eggless  Cambodia  Asia




400g/14oz Sweetcorn Kernels

75g/3oz Jasmine Rice

1.1L/40fl.oz. Water

A pinch of Salt

  teasp Vanilla Extract 

225g/8oz Sugar





1. Place sweetcorn, rice and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.


2. Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar and cook, stirring for a further 5 minutes.


Serve hot with Coconut dressing on top.
