Pancakes with Creamy Summer Berries  Veg  CD  DP  15mins

 

Serves 2   Cold    Vegetarian  Fruit  Dessert  Pudding  Sweet Pancake

Ingredients
2 pancakes
150g/+5oz  frozen summer berries
210ml/7fl.oz. Greek yoghurt

 

 

Instructions


1. Place frozen summer berries in a small saucepan over a low heat until defrosted. Stir in Greek yoghurt.


2. Lay one pancakes on a plate, spoon half the fruit mixture over half then fold the other half over. Repeat the process with a second pancake and serve.
