Plum and Apricot Kebabs

Ingredients
8 Large Ripe Plums, stoned and quartered
8 ripe Apricots, stoned and halved
4 tbsp Fruit Juice
1 tbsp Caster Sugar
½ teasp Ground Ginger
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil. Thread
the fruit onto four skewers and place in the lined grill pan.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the fruit juice, sugar and ground ginger, brush
the mixture over the kebabs and grill close to the heat source for 3-4 minutes,
turning once and basting when you turn.
