Quick Prune Fool

Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Fruit Dessert
Pudding Gluten Wheat Free
150g/+5oz Ready to Eat Dried Prunes
90ml/3fl.oz. Fruit Juice
240ml/8fl.oz. Natural Yoghurt
1. Place the prunes in a saucepan with the fruit juice, bring to the boil then
reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat, allow to cool
a little then transfer the contents of the pan to a blender together
with the yoghurt and custard and process until smooth .
