Raspberry Cranachan   Veg CD DP Scottish 10mins

 

Serves 4-6      Cold   Vegetarian  Fruit  Alcohol   Dessert Eggless   Scotland British Europe

 

Ingredients
300ml/10fl.oz. Double Cream
1 tbsp Thick Honey
1 tbsp of Whisky
1 heaped tbsp of toasted Oatmeal (Rolled Oats)
175g/6oz Fresh Raspberries

 

Instructions

1. Place the cream, honey and whisky in a mixing bowl and whisk together until well blended and thick.

2. Add the toasted oatmeal and fold in gently.

3. To serve divide the raspberries between individual serving glasses or dishes and top with the cream mixture.
