Raspberry Cream Cheese Dessert    Veg  CD  DP  15mins

Serves 4      Cold Vegetarian Fruit Dessert Pudding Gluten Wheat Free Eggless

Ingredients
225g/oz Cream Cheese
100g/4oz Icing (powdered) Sugar
300ml/10fl.oz. Whipping Cream
225g/8oz Fresh Raspberries

 

Instructions

1. Place the cheese and icing sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat together until well blended.

2. In another bowl, whisk the cream until it just holds its shape then fold into cheese mixture.

3. Place alternate layers of the fresh fruit and cheese mixture in serving dishes or glasses.
