container and place in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the granita starts
to freeze and form crystals.
Scrape the sides of the container and mix gently to combine.
To serve - place a few of the marinated grapefruit segments in individual
serving glasses, divide the granita between the glasses and top with a few
more segments. Pour a little of the sugar syrup used to marinate the grapefruit
over the fruit and granita and serve immediately.
