Vegetarian Cold Nuts Dessert

Ingredients
1 x 200g/7oz tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
25g/1oz Cocoa Powder
240ml/8fl.oz. Double Cream
120ml/4fl.oz. Milk
1 teasp Vanilla Extract
25g/1oz roughly chopped Walnuts
25g/1oz Miniature Marshmallows
Instructions
1. Place the condensed milk and cocoa powder in a medium sized saucepan and
cook, stirring, over low heat for about 5 minutes until smooth and slightly
thickened. Remove from heat , and allow to cool a little.
2. Stir in the
cream, milk and vanilla, mix well then refrigerate until cold.
3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze-churn according to
manufacturer's directions adding the chopped nuts and marshmallows half way
through the freezing process.
Rocky Road Ice Cream Variations:
Use pecan nuts or almonds in place of the walnuts.
Add small pieces
of Caramel or Toffee
