Strawberry Zabaglioni Veg DP Italian 15mins Serves 4 Warm Vegetarian Fruit Dessert Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Italy Europe
Ingredients 4 Egg Yolks 3 tbsp Caster Sugar 120ml/4fl.oz. Marsala175g/6oz Fresh Strawberries, thinly sliced
Instructions 1. Put the egg yolks and sugar in the bowl and whisk until the mixture is light and creamy. 2. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water, add the Marsala and continue to beat with a whisk until the mixture becomes thick and forms soft peaks.
3. Add the sliced strawberries to the egg mixture in the saucepan and mix gently.
4. Spoon the zabaglione individual glasses and serve immediately.
