Apple Syllabub Veg
Fruit Dessert Vegetarian Gluten Wheat free
Dessert Apples, peeled cored and chopped
tbsp Caster Sugar
Sweet White Wine
and Juice of 1 small Lemon
Mint to decorate
Place the apples, water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil, cover and
cook 8-10 minutes, until soft. Beat well to puree and allow to cool.
Place the wine, lemon zest and juice, sugar and cream into a bowl and whisk
until the mixture holds its shape then fold in the apple puree and spoon into 4
glasses. Chill for 1-2 hours.
To serve - decorate with fresh sprigs of mint.
