Baked Bananas Veg HT DP 15mins Serves 4 Desserts Puddings Hot Vegetarian Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients: 4 Ripe Bananas 50g/2oz Butter 4 teasp Caster Sugar 2 tbsp Water Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas mark 7.
2. Peel the bananas to three quarters of the way down and fold the skins back to give a petal effect.
3. Place in a shallow greased ovenproof dish and dot with butter.
4. Sprinkle with the sugar, water and ground cinnamon and cook at the top of the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Can also be cooked on the barbecue. Just wrap securely in foil.
