fl.oz. Maple Syrup
Preheat the oven to 170C, 325F, Gas mark 3 and grease 4 individual ramekins.
Warm the milk in a saucepan. In a bowl, beat egg yolks and maple syrup
together and add the milk and nuts. Whisk egg
whites until stiff and standing in peaks and fold into egg and milk mixture.
Pour into the ramekins and place in a pan of hot water. Bake for 45 minutes or
until firm. Serve warm or chilled.
