3 Large Bananas
tbsp Lemon Juice
tbsp Orange Juice
fl.oz. Double Cream
Place the bananas, sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and milk in a food processor
and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer-proof plastic dish and place
the freezer until crystals begin to form at the edges.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Remove the partly frozen banana mixture from the freezer, turn into a bowl
beat until smooth. Quickly fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Return
the freezer container and freeze for 2 hours.
