Chocolate Rum Raisin Ice Cream
CD DP 10mins plus freezing
Alcohol Vegetarian Dessert
Gluten Wheat free
75g/3oz Chocolate Covered Raisins
2 tbsp Rum or 2 teasp Rum Flavouring
In a small saucepan, place the cream and chocolate covered raisins. Heat over a
medium heat, stirring, until the chocolate has melted.
Remove from heat. Whisk in milk, egg and rum. Chill.
Freeze-churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
