Coupes Imperatrice CD Veg DP 15mins Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Alcohol Chestnuts Dessert Pudding Eggless Ingredients 50g/2oz Bitter Chocolate 600ml/20fl.oz. Vanilla Ice Cream 300ml/10fl.oz. Double Cream 2 teasp Caster Sugar 2 tbsp Maraschino 175g/6oz Marrons Glaces Pieces 4 sprigs of Mint to decorate Instructions 1. Place the ice cream in the refrigerator to soften a little. Grate the chocolate and set aside. 2. In a bowl, whisk the cream and sugar together until stiff. Set aside. 3. Working quickly, in a large mixing bowl, mix together the grated chocolate, softened ice cream, maraschino and marrons glaces pieces. 4. To serve - Divide the ice cream mixture between 4 individual shallow glasses, top with the whipped cream and decorate with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately. Good as a light, quickly made dessert to serve at Christmas.
