Creamed Tapioca Pudding Veg HT DP British 35mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Dessert Gluten Wheat free Eggless Britain Europe
Ingredients: 75g/3oz Tapioca 700ml/23fl.oz. Milk 150ml/5fl.oz. Evaporated Milk 4 tbsp Caster Sugar 1 Vanilla PodInstructions 1. Place the tapioca into a saucepan with the milk, evaporated milk, sugar and the vanilla pod. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy. 2. To serve - remove the vanilla pod, transfer the tapioca to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately with jam sauce.
