4 Hot Vegetarian Dessert Puddings

Large Cox's Apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced

Place the apples, damsons, half the sugar and butter in a large frying pan. Cook
over a gentle heat for 10-15 minutes or until the fruit is soft, stirring all
the time. Stir in the cloves and cinnamon and remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and cream then stir in the fruit.
