Dolcelatte Peaches Veg CD DP Italian 15mins Serve 4 Cold Vegetarian Fruit Alcohol Dessert Eggless Italy Europe
Ingredients: 5 Fresh Peaches 3 tbsp Brandy 25g/1oz Dolcelatte, mashed 2 tbsp Double Cream 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
Instructions
1. Dip the peaches in boiling water then skin, halve and stone them. Put 8 peach halves in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tbsp brandy. Leave for 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, blend the remaining 2 peach halves with the cheese or process in a food processor. Add the remaining brandy, cream and icing sugar. Blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
3. Put 2 peach halves for each portion in individual glasses and top with brandied cheese cream.
