2 tbsp Lemon
1. Wash the
apricots and remove the stones. Bring the water to the boil then add
the apricots and cook for 5 minutes. Cool.
through a sieve or blend in a food processor. Add the lemon juice then pour
into ice cube trays. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
3. To serve,
remove from trays and place into individual serving glasses.
