Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Alcohol Dessert Ireland Europe
Ingredients
2 tbsp Whiskey
2 tbsp Sugar
1 teasp Caster Sugar
390ml/13fl.oz. Double Cream, well
½ teasp Vanilla Essence
25g/1oz Coconut Macaroons, crushed
Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the macaroons, until
stiff
2.
Fold in 3/4 of the crushed macaroons and spoon into 4 dessert glasses.
3. Sprinkle each glass with the remaining macaroons. Serve immediately.
