Serves 4 Hot
Vegetarian Fruit Alcohol Dessert Pudding
3 tbsp Redcurrant
A knob of
400g/14oz Tin of pitted Cherries
120ml/4 fl oz
1. Melt the
redcurrant jelly and butter in a pan, stirring all the time then add the
cherries and syrup and heat through.
2. Divide the
ice cream between four individual glass dishes.

cherry brandy in a small pan or ladle. Pour over the cherries and carefully
