Jubilee Cherries Veg HT DP 15mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Fruit Alcohol Dessert Pudding
Ingredients: 3 tbsp Redcurrant Jelly A knob of butter 1 x 400g/14oz Tin of pitted Cherries 120ml/4 fl oz Cherry Brandy Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
1. Melt the redcurrant jelly and butter in a pan, stirring all the time then add the cherries and syrup and heat through.
2. Divide the ice cream between four individual glass dishes.
3. Warm the cherry brandy in a small pan or ladle. Pour over the cherries and carefully set alight.
4. Spoon the cherries over the ice cream. Serve immediately.
