Melon on the Rocks Veg

Serves 4 Cold Fruit Alcohol Vegetarian Vegan Dessert Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients
2 Ripe Cantaloup Melons
2 tbsp Caster Sugar 4 tbsp Rum, Maraschino or Kirsch (check manufacture) Crushed Ice
Instructions
1.
Halve the melons, remove the seeds then remove the flesh and cut into chunks.
2. Place in a mixing bowl and sprinkle the caster sugar over the top of the
fruit. Mix gently and chill until required.
3. To serve - pour the alcohol over the fruit and mix well. Transfer to individual glass dishes and place the glasses in bowls filled with crushed ice. Serve immediately.
