Orange Milk Jelly CD DP English 15mins plus cooling and setting Submitted by Gwen Crisp, Egham, Surrey, UK
Serves 4-6 Cold Dessert Pudding Flummery Eggless England British Europe
Ingredients 1 x 135g/5oz Packet Orange Jelly Water 1 x 170g/6oz tin Evaporated Milk A Couple of drops of Orange colouring
Instructions 1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve jelly in a little boiling water, stirring well. 2. Make up to 450ml/15fl.oz. with cold water. Mix well and allow to cool. 3. In another mixing bowl, whisk the condensed milk until thick. 4. Add the jelly mixture to the evaporated milk and whisk until thick and almost set. Add the colouring and blend well. 5. Transfer the mixture to a 1.1L/40fl.oz. mould and refrigerate until set.
