Milk Jelly CD

x 135g/5oz Packet Orange Jelly
x 170g/6oz tin Evaporated Milk
of drops of Orange colouring
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve jelly in a little boiling water, stirring well.
Make up to 450ml/15fl.oz. with cold water. Mix well and allow to cool.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the condensed milk until thick.
Add the jelly mixture to the evaporated milk and whisk until thick and almost
set. Add the colouring and blend well.
Transfer the mixture to a 1.1L/40fl.oz. mould and refrigerate until set.
