Peach and Lime Sorbet Veg CD DP 20mins plus freezing Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Fruit Desserts Ices Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients: 100g/4oz Sugar 210ml/7fl.oz. Water 1 Large Ripe Peaches 2 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions 1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil and boil rapidly for 1 minute.
2. Remove from the heat and cool for 30 minutes. Pour it into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Peel, stone and chop the peaches then pass through a sieve or blend in a food processor for 1 minute. Add the syrup and lime juice and mix well. Pour the mixture into a freezer proof plastic box, cover and freeze for about 3 hours or until hard.
