level tbsp Icing Sugar
Cut the pineapple in half lengthways and carefully scoop out the flesh,
the shell intact. Cut the flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl.
In another bowl, lightly whip the cream then add the yogurt, sugar and
and mix well. Chill for approximately 30 minutes.
To serve - spoon the cream mixture into the pineapple shells. Place on a
serving platter and serve immediately.
