Ingredients:
225g/8oz Suet
25g/1oz Cornflour
225g/8oz Fresh Breadcrumbs
175g/6oz Lemon Marmalade
A pinch of Salt
6 Eggs, beaten
175g/6oz Brown Sugar
100g/4oz Raisins
Grated rind of 2 Lemons

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (reserving a
