Strawberry Ice Cream

CD DP 10mins plus freezing 175g/6oz
Icing Sugar 300ml/10fl.oz.
Double Cream 1.
Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. 2.
Turn the mixture into a bowl and season with the lemon juice and sugar to taste
then stir in the cream. 4.
Alternatively, turn
into a freezer-proof box and freeze until mushy. Remove from the freezer and
beat well with a wooden spoon to break up any ice crystals. Return to the
freezer and freeze until set.
