Strawberry Ice Cream
CD DP 10mins plus freezing
Ices Eggless Gluten Wheat Free
450g/1lb Strawberries, hulled
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Turn the mixture into a bowl and season with the lemon juice and sugar to taste
then stir in the cream.
3. Freeze-churn until the ice cream is ready to serve.
