Zabaglioni Veg DP Italian 15mins Serves 4 Warm Vegetarian Fruit Dessert Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Italy Europe
Ingredients 4 Egg Yolks 3 tbsp Caster Sugar 120ml/4fl.oz. Marsala
Instructions 1. Put the egg yolks and sugar in the bowl and whisk until the mixture is light and creamy. 2. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water, add the Marsala and continue to beat with a whisk until the mixture becomes thick and forms soft peaks. Spoon the zabaglione individual glasses and serve immediately.
