Quick Caesar Salad Dressing

Fish Dressing
Ingredients
150g/5oz Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
180ml/6fl.oz. Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Mustard
2 Preserved Anchovy Fillets, drained of oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
50ml/2fl.oz Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Place the parmesan cheese and vinegar in a food processor and process until
very smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to process until well blended
