Stilton Sour Cream Dressing   Veg  CD   ACC   English  5mins 

 

Serves 4-6     Cold  Vegetarian  Accompaniment  Dressings  Savoury  Sauce Sauces England British  Europe  Eggless

 

Ingredients

50g/2oz Stilton Cheese, rind removed

200g/7oz Sour Cream

1 level teasp English Mustard

Lemon Juice to taste

Black Pepper

 

Instructions

 

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until required.

 

Goes well with salads, poached fish and chicken. Try it with cold hard boiled eggs too.
