1 Large Cucumber
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
Salt and white Pepper
A squeeze of Lemon Juice
300ml/10fl.oz. Plain Yoghurt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh Mint
1. Peel the cucumber thinly cut in half lengthways, scoop out the seeds and
