Watercress Mayonnaise Veg

Ingredients
150ml/5fl.oz. Mayonnaise (check ingredients)
2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
1 teasp English Mustard (check ingredients)
85g/3 ½ oz Watercress (approx)
25g/1oz Fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a liquidiser and blend until smooth. Chill until
ready to serve.
Serve as a dip or with salad. Also excellent with cold seafood such as prawns or
lobster or as a sauce with steamed vegetables such as asparagus.
