Rashers Smoked Streaky Bacon
tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
generous dash Tabasco
generous dash Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat the grill to hot then cook the bacon until crispy. Leave to cool.
In a bowl, combine the soured cream with the cooked bacon, chives and Tabasco
and Worcestershire Sauce. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
