Ingredients: 8 tbsp Olive Oil 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar Salt & Pepper A pinch of Sugar 1 teasp Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 teasp Fresh Chives, chopped 1 teasp Fresh Tarragon, chopped
Instructions
1. Place the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
2. Just before serving, stir in the herbs. Do not leave too long as the herbs will become bitter.
