pre soaked Chick Peas
tbsp Olive Oil
Clove Garlic, crushed
tbsp Lemon Juice
tbsp Tahini paste (Check ingredients)
teasp Sweet Paprika
1. Drain the chick peas and place in a saucepan. Cover with water, bring to the
boil and simmer for 1 hour, adding more water as necessary.
2. Drain the chickpeas well then transfer the drained chickpeas to a food processor
together with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. It should
be the consistency of very thick mayonnaise so if necessary, add a little water.
