Orange and Lemon Balm Dressing Veg CD ACC 20mins plus standing
Cold Fruit Vegetarian Vegan Accompaniment Dressings Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless Ingredients 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Balm, finely chopped 2 Oranges, peeled and finely chopped 4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 4 tbsp Orange Juice Salt and Pepper Instructions 1. Combine the balm, oranges and red pepper and mix well.
2. Whisk the oil into the vinegar until emulsified then season with salt and pepper. Stir in the orange juice and add the dressing to the balm mixture.
3. Allow to stand for a few hours before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
