Vegan Accompaniment Dressings Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
tbsp Fresh Lemon Balm, finely chopped
Oranges, peeled and finely chopped
tbsp Olive Oil
tbsp Cider Vinegar
tbsp Orange Juice
Combine the balm, oranges and red pepper and mix well.
Whisk the oil into the vinegar until emulsified then season with salt and pepper. Stir in the orange juice and add the
dressing to the balm mixture.
Allow to stand for a few hours before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
