Oriental Dipping Sauce Veg CD ACC 20mins plus cooling
Cold Dried Fruit Vegan Vegetarian Accompaniment Dips Dressings Dairy Free Eggless Ingredients: 1 x 200g/7oz tin Chopped Tomatoes 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 100g/4oz Sultanas 4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped 1/2 teasp Chilli Powder 1/2 teasp Cayenne Pepper 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar Instructions 1. Place the tomatoes, sugar, sultanas, garlic, chilli, cayenne, vinegar and salt in a food processor and process briefly to give a slightly chunky mixture. Add water if necessary. 2. Transfer to a saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool. 3. Season with extra vinegar, salt or sugar to taste.
