Piquant Horseradish Dip CD ACC 10mins Cold Pork Dips Accompaniment
Ingredients: 4 tbsp thick Mayonnaise 1 tbsp grated Horseradish Salt and Pepper Tabasco Sauce 75g/3oz Cooked Ham 1 Gherkin
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
2. Chop the gherkin and ham and stir into the mayonnaise mixture until well combined. Chill before serving.
