Roquefort Salad Dressing Veg CD ACC Italian 10mins Cold Accompaniment Dressings Vegetarian Italy Europe
Ingredients: 25g/1oz Roquefort Cheese without the rind 90ml/3 fl.oz. Soured Cream 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Spring Onion, white part only, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Sieve the cheese into a bowl. Work in the soured cream and lemon juice, little by little, until smooth. Lastly add the finely chopped onion.
2. Pour into a sterilised jar with a screw-top lid. Close and shake well. Chill for 2 hours. Shake again before use.
