Smoked Mackerel Dip CD ACC 10mins plus chilling Cold Fish Accompaniment Dips Starter Healthy Eating Gluten Wheat free Eggless
Ingredients:
450g/1lb
Smoked Mackerel
2
tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt
and Black Pepper
A
pinch of Mace
270ml/9fl.oz.
Crème Fraîche
Instructions
1.
Flake the fish, removing any skin and bones and place in a mixing bowl.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well, mashing with a fork, until smooth.
3.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Can be served with Crudités or melba toast as a starter.
