Baked Ham and Mushroom Cannelloni HT
Serves 4 Pork Pasta Vegetables
Main Course Dairy Free Eggless
This is a simple to prepare dish and a different way to serve
pasta to your family. Don't be put off by the 50 minute timing as 30 minutes of
that is the actual baking time during which you can be doing something else.
175g/6oz Mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Onions, finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
100g/4oz Lean ham, finely chopped
12 Cannelloni Tubes
1 x 400g/14oz tin Chopped Tomatoes
120ml/4fl.oz. Hot Stock
t tbsp Tomato Purée
1 teasp Dried Mixed Herbs
1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6 and grease a shallow ovenproof
dish. In a bowl, mix together half the onions, garlic and ham.

3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, stock, tomato purée, herbs and
the remaining onion. Spoon the mixture over the tubes so that they are all
coated. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes.
