Beef with Pine Nuts and Raisins HT
Serves 4 Beef Fruit Nuts Main Course
Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp Pine Nuts
450g/1lb Minced Beef
3 tbsp Raisins
1 teasp Allspice
Salt and Pepper
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan add the pine nuts and sauté for
3 minutes, turning frequently.
2. Add the remaining oil, heat until hot then add the beef and brown on all
3. Stir in the raisins, allspice, salt and pepper, partially cover and continue
to cook for a further 15 minutes, stirring from time to time, or until the meat
is done. Serve hot with rice.
