Anchovy Tuna and Olive Pizza    HT   MC  25mins

Serves 4     Hot  Fish  Vegetables  Main Course  Eggless

4 x 20cm/8-inch ready-made Pizza Bases
4 tbsp Tomato Purée
4 Tomatoes, sliced
2 x 200g/8oz tins of Tuna, drained
12 Anchovy Fillets (in oil), drained
75g/3oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
12 Black Olives, pitted and halved


1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6 and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Spread the pizza bases with the tomato purée then place the sliced tomatoes evenly over the bases.

3. Flake the tuna then place evenly over the tomatoes together with the anchovies, sprinkle the cheese over the top, decorate with the olives and bake for 15-20 minutes
